By using fliqk you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, don't use the service.

2. The Service

fliqk allows you to save links, notes and media, and share them. The service is in beta and may change.

3. Account

• You need an invite token to register
• You are responsible for your account and nickname
• One nickname per person

4. Content

• The content you save is yours
• Don't save illegal, offensive or rights-infringing content
• We may remove content that violates these terms

5. Availability

The service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee 24/7 availability or bug-free operation. We'll do our best.

6. Deletion

• You can delete your account at any time
• We may suspend accounts that violate the terms

7. Changes

We may modify these terms. We'll notify you of significant changes.

5. Disponibilità

Il servizio è fornito "così com'è". Non garantiamo disponibilità 24/7 o assenza di bug. Faremo del nostro meglio.

6. Cancellazione

• Puoi cancellare il tuo account in qualsiasi momento
• Possiamo sospendere account che violano i termini

7. Modifiche

Possiamo modificare questi termini. Ti avviseremo in caso di cambiamenti significativi.

3. Konto

• Du benötigst einen Einladungs-Token zur Registrierung
• Du bist für dein Konto und deinen Nickname verantwortlich
• Ein Nickname pro Person

4. Inhalte

• Die Inhalte, die du speicherst, gehören dir
• Speichere keine illegalen, beleidigenden oder rechtsverletzenden Inhalte
• Wir können Inhalte entfernen, die gegen diese Bedingungen verstoßen

5. Verfügbarkeit

Der Dienst wird "wie besehen" bereitgestellt. Wir garantieren keine 24/7-Verfügbarkeit oder Fehlerfreiheit. Wir tun unser Bestes.

6. Löschung

• Du kannst dein Konto jederzeit löschen
• Wir können Konten sperren, die gegen die Bedingungen verstoßen

7. Änderungen

Wir können diese Bedingungen ändern. Bei wesentlichen Änderungen werden wir dich informieren.
